TÜRK LOYDU is an independent, impartial, reliable and expert national institution which is rendering conformity assessment services; aiming to safeguard life, property and environment.

In this scope TÜRK LOYDU Top Management hereby agrees and undertakes;

That TÜRK LOYDU shall perform its activities without any discrimination among the demands of all of its customers; by abiding strictly by the independence, impartiality, confidentiality and reliability principles and TÜRK LOYDU Code of Ethics and shall not be involved in any relationships based on self-interest with any organization,

That Its personnel shall perform work without being affected by any internal, external, commercial and other pressures, not be involved in any relationships based on self-interest with any group or organization, avoid any interactions likely to affect its decisions,

That services are provided in scope of principles established and documented by TÜRK LOYDU to all possible service demands from all related parties on an equal basis and all of the procedures practiced in TÜRK LOYDU are implemented without any discrimination,

That services are provided in compliance with TÜRK LOYDU Code of Ethics, Quality, Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Policies.

To fulfil this commitment;

• Awareness is provided by Orientation and Motivation Trainings informing about “Türk Loydu Code of Ethics” and “Confidentiality, Independence and Impartiality Commitment”.
• All of the personnel (Top Management, Management, Committee Member, personnel and outsourced personnel) taking part in TÜRK LOYDU activities signs “Confidentiality, Independence and Impartiality Commitment”.
• Impartiality and Independence risk analysis is carried out periodically for all personnel who takes part in TÜRK LOYDU activities. Conflicts of interests which are likely to affect impartiality and independence in scope of Organizational Structure and performed activities are analyzed and risks are minimized providing that the necessary precautions are taken.
