Complaints

We, as TÜRK LOYDU, aim to maintain customer satisfaction at the top level in our services. For this purpose, in the issues found inadequate to meet customer need and expectations, we implement our complaint handling procedure in order to evaluate the complaint applications objectively and impartially. Customer complaints are evaluated and resolved.
 
Please send your complaint, if you think we cannot respond to your need and expectations. You may use telephone, fax, e-mail and our Complaint Notification Form in order to deliver your complaints to us.

Appeals

In the scope of TÜRK LOYDU services, in the cases that you do not agree with us regarding the decisions we take related to the certification of your products or services that you requested TÜRK LOYDU to certify them; you can raise your appeals to TÜRK LOYDU through Appeal Form in 30 days as of the notification date of TL’s decision.
