The third meeting of the project of Erasmus+ KA2 Professional Training Strategic Partnerships titled “Navigational Equipment Oriented Colregs Training - NEO-COL (Navigation Tool for Training on Bylaw of Prevention of Crash in the Sea)” realized under project coordination of Türk Loydu , with the support of Turkish National Agency within the scope of Erasmus+ Program using the donation provided by European Commission was held on 9th-10th November 2017 as hosted by Danmar Computers in Rzeszów city of Poland.

The works performed between the second and the third meetings were explained by Mr. Uğurcan Acar. The survey performed on the project web site www.neo-col.eu was assessed together with all participants for the study of need analysis. Following the survey assessment, the participants performed negotiations and plans related to the ideational outputs of the project being developed within the scope of the project i.e. “Online COLregs Training Course and Assessment Tool”.

Furthermore the participants exchanged opinions during the meeting on the project extensification works to be performed within the next 6 months and performed plans. Finally it was decided to hold the 4th Project Meeting in Hamburg city of Germany between the dates of 24th-25th May 2018. The project meeting ended after giving the participant certificates.
