"Marine Police Patrol Boat IZ1500 AL", built by İzmir Shipyard in Türk Loydu class, won the "Best Design Award" in the marine platforms category

The best design award ceremony was held within the scope of Design Week Turkey 2021, organized by the Turkish Exporters Assembly (TIM) with the coordination of the Ministry of Trade, in order to create a design culture and introduce the designers in Turkey to the world. Türk Loydu Classified "Marine Police Patrol Boat IZ1500 AL" built by İzmir Shipyard won the 'Best Design Award' in the naval platforms category.

The IPS systems producing 2x550 HP power used in #IZ1500 series boats, which are completely made of H321 Marin Aluminum, were used on a commercial boat for the first time in Turkey. The boats, which were developed by Aselsan with national resources and have high electronic and hydrodynamic performance, including the high technology Martı Electro-optic Systems, will reach a speed of 42 kts and are designed to provide patrol and inspection services in the seas of our country.
