Türk Loydu Foundation Chairman of the Board Prof. Dr. Oral Erdoğan paid a courtesy visit to Arsenio Antonio Dominguez Velasco, who has been elected as the new Secretary-General of the International Maritime Organization (IMO) for a term of four years, starting from January 1, 2024. His election took place during the 129th General Assembly of the International Maritime Organization (IMO). Arsenio Antonio Dominguez Velasco will be assuming the position of Secretary-General, succeeding the current Secretary-General, Kitack Lim.
