The board of the foundation consists of the following nine members which are from related business sectors;

• The Chamber of Turkish Naval Architect and Marine Engineers 5 Members
• Association of the Insurance and Reinsurance Companies of Turkey 2 Members
• Chamber of Shipping 1 Member
• İstanbul Chamber of Industry 1 Member

The annual general assembly of the Turk Loydu Foundation is held in April where the board of trustees and the auditing committee is elected every three years.
