Certification of Competency in Manufacturing

This is a certificate issued in the name of the company to be valid for one year to indicate the adequacy of the manufacturer, in terms of the means and applications of facilities, personnel, machinery, and equipment without giving any reference to the quality of the product.

The working methodology during certification process is as follows:

Team to implement the project shall be established, the necessary standards and resources are acquired and a work plan is formulated.

Analyzing of the existing state: After relevant national/international standards are acquired, analyzing of the existing state is made to understand the degree with which the requirements of the standard are met and to determine the deficient applications.

Conformity Assessment: Assesing the conformity of the requirements as per national/ international standards.

AD 2000 Merkblatt HP0, W0

AD 2000 Merkblatt was developed for pressure vessel design and manufacture. The certification includes assessment of technical documents, assessment of test reports, assessment of testing procedures, check of the reliability of working procedures and personnel appraisal of materials use. W0 certification for product components and HP0 certification for the products are carried out within the scope of AD 2000 Merkblatt.
