The ISO 27001 standard was published in 2005 and reached its current structure in 2022 with the revisions that took place. This standard, which can be applied to every structure ranging from small to large, from production to service, from the public to the private sector, is especially necessary in sectors where the protection of information is of great importance, such as finance, health, public and information technologies.
