Controls Within The Scope Of Coastal Facility Operating Permit Regulation

The "Regulation on the Procedures and Principles Regarding the Granting of Operating Permits to Coastal Facilities" was published in the Official Gazette dated 18.02.2007 and numbered 26438 in order to regulate the procedures and principles regarding the granting of operating permits by the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure to ports, cruise ports, marinas, marinas, passenger terminals, piers, docks, shelters, berths, fuel/liquefied petroleum gas pipeline and buoy systems and similar coastal facilities and other superstructure and infrastructure facilities for maritime transportation. In this direction, the projects related to fire equipment, product pipelines and equipment, pressure vessels, storage tanks, buoys, equipment such as release hooks, lighting installation, electrical components / exproof installation, grounding installation, lightning protection equipment in the seaward part of the coastal facility's coastal edge line and its application in the facility are adequate, in accordance with the standards and tested as an accredited "Type A Inspection Institution" from TÜRKAK (Turkish Accreditation Agency).
