Water Footprint Verification Within the Scope of ISO 14046 Standard

Due to the excessive demand for natural resources due to economic development, population growth and climate change, these resources are rapidly depleting. Therefore, the management of water resources has become a very important issue. Water footprint is an effective tool for measuring the amount of water used and polluted in production processes and is a vital step in the assessment of environmental impacts resulting from such activities. ISO 14046 standard was prepared within this need. It provides consistency and credibility to water footprint measurements. We provide verification activity services in this area.
